✅ Australian citizen, permanent resident, or New Zealand citizen
✅ Meets PhD admission and English language requirements
✅ Has not previously completed a PhD
✅ Able to commence in 2025
✅ Willing to work across approved project locations and complete CSIRO onboarding, including government background checks
