Gavin is a postdoctoral bioinformatician in the Epigenetics and RNA Biology Program at the University of Sydney, supervised by Dr. Justin Wong. His work applies cutting-edge RNA technologies like Nanopore direct RNA-sequencing and spatial transcriptomics across diverse tissue contexts, including brain, blood, and cancer. He serves as secretary and NSW representative on the A-RNA EMCR Committee and also leads the EMCR Committee of the Sydney RNA Salon.
